WHAT IS ROTOMOLDING?
Also called rotational molding, rotomolding is the process of heating powder polymers in a metal in a hollow mold as it rotates slowly around an axes. As the polymers soften they begin to stick to the walls of the mold to form the predetermined product. The process can be summarized in four basic steps:
